Call Your Mother, a self-described Jew-ish Deli, is looking to bake the best bagels, challah, rye bread, whole wheat bread, and assorted pastries and goodies in a giant wood-fired oven.
They want to the oven to be the heart of the restaurant, and to have all of the baked goods touched by the fire.
Corned beef sandwiches on in-house-baked rye, matzah ball soup, house-made pickles, challah grilled cheese, and latke fries will be on the MENU.
This concept will attract classic deli fans as well as folks looking for a modern, fresh twist on the deli.
They will also have a rotating weekly super club that happens 4 nights a week. A few dinners to look for are
- Fried chicken dinner,
- Andrew’s grandmother Shirley’s Brisket,
- ANY style pizza dinner, and
- Peking duck
