Annual runway show raised $385,000 to help support the life-saving programs of the Humane Rescue Alliance.
The one-of-a-kind Washington tradition returned Saturday May 5, 2018 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. Fundraising participants wore the area’s hottest retailers and designers along with their canines in designer doggie couture. All to benefit the Humane Rescue Alliance (HRA).
Television personality and celebrity designer Carson Kressley took the stage as master of ceremonies for the second straight year. Carson brought his love of dogs, eye for fashion, and endless energy to HRA’s 12th edition of this Washington, DC classic.
The Fashion for Paws Runway Show has raised more than $4 million since it launched in 2009. Funds raised by Fashion for Paws goes directly to the programs that benefit the homeless animals cared for by HRA. HRA serves more than 60,000 animals each year.
