District Distilling will offer guests a cherry-inspired three-course, prix fixe dinner menu priced at $45 per person (tax and gratuity not included), in addition to the featured menu.
Guests will begin their meal with Baby Spring Greens with cherries, shaved asparagus, ramp leaves, warm goat cheese croutons, and cherry vinaigrette, followed by Crispy Skin Duck Breast with sautéed asparagus, parsnip purée and cherry demi glacé.
For dessert, a Sour Cherry Pie with almond streusel and vanilla gelato will complete the special meal.
Dishes can also be ordered a la carte with prices ranging from $7 to $25 each.
For the perfect pairing, guests can also indulge in two specialty cocktails, which will be poured during this year’s festival.
Priced at $11, the ‘Weeping Cherry’ is made from a combination of Backroom Rye, Warre’s Fine White port, Corridor cherry cordial and Bittermen’s orange citrate bitters, garnished with a Luxardo cherry, while the ‘Rolling Stone Fruit’ is made from a combination of WildJune gin, Embassy Row crème de menthe, lime jam and cherry pureé, garnished with a mint sprig and fresh cherry, priced at $10.
