CAVA has begun serving its signature fast casual menu at its latest location in Union Station, Washington, DC.
The locally-based restaurant group now has 40 fast-casual locations nationally, with new Northern Virginia restaurants adding to 15 existing locations across the Commonwealth.
Ballston will be the first of the three to open. Rosslyn will follow, next is a Chantilly location. All three locations will feature unique design elements, outdoor patios and a convenient digital ordering pick-up area.
The menu is specially created to deliver an ultra-personalized experience for each and every guest – featuring over 50 offerings and 58 million possible combinations of bold ingredients and flavors. CAVA is committed to working with best in class food partners including local farmers and makers including local farmers and makers.
Ted Xenohristos, Ike Grigoropoulos, and Executive Chef Dimitri Moshovitis founded CAVA in an effort to bring modern, authentic and vibrant Mediterranean food to a wider audience, using ingredients made from scratch in-house every day.
