Bethesda, MD – On Wednesday, May 25, Black’s Bar and Kitchen will feature a five course dinner highlighting local produce with wine pairings from Russian River Valley’s Hartford Family Winery.
The meal will begin with two seafood courses prepared by Executive Chef Dane Sewlall including roasted Battle Creek oysters and golden tilefish with Maryland Blue Crab fritters.
Throughout the meal, Hartford’s General Manager Tom Rozner will be pouring wines to complement each course, including two Chardonnays, two Pinot Noirs and their Russian River Valley Zinfandel.
