Bibiana Osteria-Enoteca, Ashok Bajaj’s authentic Italian gem, is pleased to announce the addition of a new fixed price menu, available exclusively at their 12-seat bar.
Created by Executive Chef Loris Navone, the new Pranzo al Bar menu allows guests to select one featured pizza, sandwich or bowl filled with a tempting Italian meal.
Bar patrons can add a choice of a soft drink, iced tea, or featured glass of Italian wine to their meal followed by a choice of coffee, espresso or seasonal sorbet flavor of the day at the end of the meal for $20 (excluding tax and gratuity). The Pranzo al Bar menu is available Monday through Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Highlights on the current Pranzo al Bar menu include the Spaghetti al Pomodoro with cherry tomato, tomato sauce and basil; Rigatoni al Brasato with rigatoni, brasato sauce and parmesan; Risotto alla Piemontese with parmesan risotto, veal jus and sage as well as the Paccheri all’Amatriciana with guanciale, peperoncino, tomato and pecorino.
Additional pizza and sandwich options include the Margherita Pizza with tomato, mozzarella, and basil; the Panuozzo, a pizza dough sandwich with grilled vegetables and arugula; Lamb Burger with roasted eggplant, fried egg, spicy onion marmalade, served on a curried bun with goat cheese dipping sauce and yucca chips ($7 supplement); the Braised Short Rib with mustard, pickled onion and provolone, and the Meatball Sandwich Bibiana’s house-made meatballs with tomato and parmesan.
